1. General Terms & Scope of Agreement

This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and pop99 ("Company", "we", "Platform"). This Agreement governs all activities conducted through pop99's website, mobile app, and related services.

One Account Only

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at pop99. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the freezing of all funds, forfeiture of bonuses, and permanent account closure without prior notice.
